Our Commitment
At 1nHR, security is foundational. As a workforce platform handling sensitive employee data, we implement multiple layers of protection across infrastructure, application, and access control.
Encryption
All data encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest via Supabase/PostgreSQL.
Row-Level Security
Database policies restrict data access by role — public forms can only insert, admins authenticate separately.
Authentication
Admin portal protected by Supabase Auth with session-based middleware guards.
Infrastructure
Hosted on Vercel and Supabase with SOC 2 compliant cloud providers.
